บริการออกแบบ PCB (PCB Design Service)
PCB Design Service for Embedded / IoT & Automotive
From prototypes to mass production: high-speed, automotive, and IoT PCBs with complete manufacturing deliverables.
If you have an idea for a controller board, IoT device, or automotive module but don’t have a production-ready PCB layout yet, I can help you turn the schematic into a clean, manufacturable PCB.
I focus on Embedded, IoT, and automotive boards that need high reliability, robust layout practices, and proper implementation of silicon vendors’ layout guidelines to avoid noise, EMI/ESD, and thermal issues.
สิ่งที่คุณจะได้รับจากบริการออกแบบ PCB
What you get from the PCB design service
Ready-to-manufacture deliverables
- Gerber & drill files (per your preferred PCB fab spec)
- Clean, categorized BOM for multiple distributors
- Pick & Place / centroid data for assembly houses
- Stackup and impedance profile (for controlled-impedance boards)
Reliability-oriented layout
- 1–8 layer boards (or more upon request)
- High-speed routing: USB, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI (case-by-case)
- Power stage layout for DC-DC, LED drivers, and motor drivers
- Proper return paths, planes, decoupling, and thermal handling
เหมาะสำหรับงานประเภทไหนบ้าง?
Typical applications
- Automotive lighting and control boards (LIN / CAN based)
- IoT boards based on ESP32, STM32, RP2040, RP2350 and others
- Data loggers, gateways, and sensor nodes for cloud integration
- Custom DevKits for R&D use or training/workshops
ขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Workflow)
Workflow – how we work together
- You share your schematics, mechanical constraints, and basic requirements (board size, mounting holes, connectors, etc.).
- I propose a PCB stackup, layer count, and give an estimate of time & cost.
- Layout work starts, with optional progress snapshots along the way.
- You receive Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place for final review and sign-off.
- If needed, I can also support ordering fabrication/assembly as an add-on.

FAQ about this PCB design service
What do I need to prepare?
Ideally you have a schematic (or at least a block diagram), a rough BOM, and mechanical constraints. Existing boards or reference designs are very helpful if available.
How is the pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on circuit complexity, layer count, board density, and whether there are strict high-speed or automotive requirements. I keep small projects reasonably priced so that you can validate your idea with real hardware.
If you’re looking for someone to handle your PCB layout, or want a second opinion on whether your board is production-ready, feel free to reach out with a short brief.
